Updated: 30 May 2026 · IS 5568 / WCAG 2.0 AA · https://pushconsole.com

1. Commitment and scope

PushConsole considers accessibility of PushConsole for people with disabilities a top priority, committed to an independent, respectful, and safe user experience.

Platform URL: https://pushconsole.com

This statement is provided in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, and the Equal Rights Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773–2013.

This document serves as the required Accessibility Statement (Hatzaharat Negishut).

2. Standards compliance

  • Target: Israeli Standard TI 5568 (IS 5568), based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
  • Dashboard interface: RTL for Hebrew, LTR for English — per organization language.
  • Last updated: 30 May 2026.
  • As of this date, a formal external accessibility audit by a certified auditor has not yet been performed — see "Known gaps".

3. Main adjustments and active accessibility features

  • Built-in accessibility widget: text size (100%/110%/125%), high contrast, reduced motion — saved on device.
  • Keyboard shortcut Alt+A — open/close accessibility menu.
  • Skip link — "Skip to main content" (#main-content) at the start of every page.
  • Typography: minimum 18px; LIVE badge at 14px — documented exception.
  • Themes: dark/light (localStorage); header remains dark in light mode for readability.
  • Full RTL/LTR per organization language; dates in Asia/Jerusalem.
  • Keyboard navigation, aria-labels, legal links in footer.

4. Screen reader compatibility

Basic compatibility tested with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack.

Mixed Hebrew/English text: appropriate lang and dir attributes.

5. Keyboard and focus

Tab, Enter, Escape — for most actions. Modals close with Escape.

Skip link on focus; Alt+A for widget.

6. Known limitations

  • Volatility chart and token usage chart: include textual description (aria-label) and an alternative keyboard-accessible data table (details/summary) with all data points.
  • External IS 5568 audit + remediation per findings — planned.

7. Accessibility widget — scope

The widget is a user preferences tool — not an external overlay that modifies the DOM. It complements, not replaces, built-in code accessibility.

8. Exemptions (general information)

Accessibility obligations apply to public service providers, subject to income exemptions (exempt dealer, income threshold, etc.).

B2B customers: assess exemption/obligations per business characteristics — with legal counsel.

9. Inquiries, complaints, and accessibility coordinator

Encountered an accessibility barrier? We welcome feedback and will fix it promptly.

Accessibility coordinator: Lior Barak

Email: negishot@pushconsole.com

Phone: 054-5242228

Target response time: up to 14 business days; reasonable fix — per severity.

Before filing an accessibility lawsuit: send notice to fix and allow up to 60 days (where applicable).

You may also contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (gov.il).

10. Testing

  • Manual testing: keyboard, screen reader (samples), RTL.
  • axe / Lighthouse — planned as part of external audit.
  • User feedback — via accessibility coordinator.
